  I was able to prepare soups and cook my own breakfast during the winter storm. The Kroger store was next-door and Walmart was down the street. The room was clean and I love the privacy that it provides there was free coffee 24 hours a day that was available downstairs.

  Do not stay here. They let someone book a room in another name and use 14000 points under my account for a free room. Police think it is an employee behind the fraudulent activity.

  Check in was fast and convenient. That’s where what was good ended. The room smelled like onions! The halls smelled like marijuana. Overall cleanliness was average to poor. When I dried off from the shower I ended up with a long hair on me. Definitely not mine since I have a buzz cut. A long hair was on the counter under the spare roll of toilet paper. The room itself was fine except for the onion smell. The bed was not very comfortable at all.

  We stayed here for one night as we were visiting museums around the area. The customer service was outstanding, from check-in to check-out. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival, and when we left, we were asked how our stay was with genuine interest. The hotel is centrally located among many restaurants and stores, and it is easily accessible. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, but best of all, it was quiet! The hotel was full the night we stayed, but you would have never known it as we never heard other guests. If you are traveling through this area, this is a great choice for a good night’s rest!
