This has been the absolute worst stay I've had in a hotel since 2020. My son and I stayed for travel Ball. The first error was we made our reservation online, when we checked in at the front desk, we were also charged. We were staying 2 nights, and double charged accidentally. The lady working the front desk apologized and owner it was her mistake, she said she didn't realize we already paid online. I understand. The issue is, now my money is tied up, over $340 until whenever I get it back. I own my own business and was needing to get work done reaching out to clients and creating estimates. The Internet is not properly working, constantly disconnecting, I called down the first night and was told it should be working without issue. I wasn't able to get anything done until late at night probably when everyone else was done with devices. Problem? I had to be up at 5 am to get ready for travel Ball. The second evening I returned to our room only to discover the key card wasn't working. I went downstairs and no one was available for at least a half hour. When she returned, no smile, no apology, I was the obvious inconvenience. She said, well, no, it was cleared out, you're staying for two night? " Um, yes, but I was charged for 4 nights" She had to issue a new key card.
I get back to the room a second night, still no access to functional internet I'm stressing out because I need to contact my customers and I can't do it and send files through my phone. No apologies, no contact from a property manager,no money returned to my account. I was the only one that happened to either, at least three others from our team are still waiting for refunds, and whoever else checked in during those hours on May 1st,2026.
The positive? Rooms are clean, breakfast was good. If you need reliable Internet, this is not the place for you. The lack of wanting to fix an issue and reassurance that you will have your money refunded promptly before leaving the state, is lacking, especially from management. I've received no internet billing statement showing me this, no phone call,nothing.

My boyfriend and I have been staying here for a week for his job. I am truly unimpressed. We stayed in a King suite. The house keeping only came once during the whole week. We have trash piled up everywhere, dirt all over the floor from his boots, ran completely out of toilet paper and clean towels. I try to keep everything somewhat organized and clean to make their job easier. I would’ve cleaned it up myself if I had access to a broom and a dumpster. I even left a note with a tip and they never came. Then, on our last night here, the fire alarm got set off at 12:30 in the morning. We evacuated our room along with everyone else. The fire alarm lasted for about 30 minutes. I’m not sure what exactly happened as there was only one person at the front desk and no one to explain anything. No apologies. No accommodation. Nothing. Some people have to work in the morning and don’t need to be waken up in the middle of the night because someone wants to smoke weed in their room. I have never had anything like this happen while staying at a hotel. I wouldn’t recommend staying here again as this business is clearly struggling.

I want to begin by stating that you should NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! They are misleadingly advertising images on their website that suggest they have a hot tub, even though they clearly display these photos. Upon my arrival, they informed me that they haven't had a hot tub for three years, despite the photos indicating otherwise.
When I raised this issue with the front desk, the staff member on duty (Kathy) rudely told me that I hadn't read the page properly. I requested to speak with the manager, but was advised to send her an email, and I never received a response regarding my concerns. I requested to check out because none of the amenities were functional, and they then informed me that since I missed the check-out time, they would charge me for the following night, which was unacceptable!!!
I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience here and would not recommend this hotel.

Giving this hotel stay 3 stars due to the terrible breakfast. Everything we had tasted like it had been reheated and was very dry. This included the cinnamon rolls, omelettes and bagels. The pancake machine was out of service too. Fortunately the room was very clean and updated. Staff were friendly. The pool was warm but murky.
we were here 4 nights then one extra night unscheduled due to a storm and what could have been a disaster turned out to be great thanks to Kathy who went over and above to help us out with the rooms! will definitely only ever stay here again when we are back in Toledo thanks to Kathy!
also rooms are nice, clean, & spacious! and very helpful staff at the front desk and at breakfast!
