  This is a great value but there is a reason for that. After making my reservation I received an email confirming my king room reservation however it was said that I booked a handicapped room. I did not book a handicap room and didn't want to stay in a handicap room. I called the hotel directly, twice...no answer. So I called corporate. They confirmed that I didn't make a reservation for a handicap king and they also tried calling the hotel directly....no answer. When I arrived to check in the young lady was on her personal phone and continued her conversation all while trying to find a king room that had been cleaned that day. She made a key and personally checked that the room had been cleaned and came back to the front desk and made our keys. When I arrived to the room it was probably 50ish degrees in the room. It was freezing outside so that was not pleasant. We had to plug in the wall heater in order to get it started. It took several hours to bring the room to temperature. The television hasn't been replaced in probably 10 years and it wasn't plugged in either. The king bed had one side table and absolutely nothing on the other side as well as my husband had to screw and unscrew the light bulb in order to turn off the wall lamp on his side. The refrigerator worked great, but the microwave wasn't plugged in either and it had no plate so the carousel was worthless. All in all this visit was pretty disappointing. This hotel and Best Western as a brand need to do better.

  Very nice rooms with alot of space. Big bathroom with bathtub and shower.

  had a very good water system. good pressure and temperature. probably had a well maintained water system. TV usually worked. one half of the bed was fairly comfortable. Staff was nice. they talked about how new the place was. security was good

  Woke at 4am to find out the mini fridge is roach infested as well as the room, I’ve also gotten sick due to black mold being in the bathroom. I thought it was a common cold until I looked behind the toilet which explains the sweaty locker room smell when we got into the room. This is a couple days after a window fell on my foot because it is not properly installed.

  I was placed in an initial room ( handicap, which I didn't request) had to immediately switch rooms because the toilet was clogged. Dirty cleaning rags were left behind. The bed was messy and unmade. Got switched to another room ( again handicap) The room smelled like mildew/mold. Rust, dirt stains EVERYWHERE. Woke up with breathing problems.Bed was the most uncomfortable thing ive ever laid on. Nobody was at the front desk. Morning " breakfast" was a joke. Nothing was there. I went at 7am!! HORRIBLE PLACE!!!
