And you can’t even bring a Roku or something to set up because you won’t be able to use their WiFi on it. Over $100 a night to not be able to watch simple tv Edit since they responded: our cable also didn’t work the whole time because it was on a screen to maneuver to Disney+, Netflix etc. It DID NOT show any cable as well. When we brought it up to the desk they didn’t even try to accommodate or fix the tv. I will not be staying at this establishment again.

If I come ask for a towel or purchase something from the little store then it is ur job to get off ur phone and help me. The staff here is constantly on phones. Talking very loud and wont even put the phone down to help u. I been to alot of hotels in ohio and other states and the front desk is normally very friendly. Also correcting someone's kid is not ur job. That is my job. It would be a better hotel if they hired better staff. Friendly staff.

When checking in around 6pm yesterday, the staff said I wld get it back immediately at checkout but morning staff told me it can take 3-5 business days so we'll see. When I asked yday why it wasn't charged with the reservation she rolled her eyes and very rudely informed me it's paid when checking in. She gave me the keys and didn't say another word. No thank u or enjoy ur stay- didn't even point me to the room. U cld tell she did not want to be there. She was terrible and needs to find another profession. Also, we received a phone message at checkout and I really wish the staff had put the call through to our room- how hard is that?? Very pleased with the location and rooms, but the pool water was warmer than what came out of the showerhead this morning- within 5 minutes it was cold. Friendly and accommodating staff are lacking at this location, and u need to do something about the water temperature. Wld not recommend if u need a shower.
