We arrived late, and instead of being greeted professionally, we had to wake up the front desk agent who was asleep on the job. That set the tone for what turned out to be a completely unacceptable stay. The staff was consistently rude, and the manager was dismissive and clearly uninterested in addressing any concerns. The room was falling apart: the carpet was curling up, tiles were chipped and popping loose, and the bathroom air vent was barely hanging on. It felt neglected and unsafe. Breakfast was the final insult—it looked like they were reheating food from previous days. It was stale, unappetizing, and frankly questionable from a health standpoint. This hotel is a clear example of mismanagement, neglect, and a total lack of hospitality. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else. You deserve better.
