When checking in around 6pm yesterday, the staff said I wld get it back immediately at checkout but morning staff told me it can take 3-5 business days so we'll see. When I asked yday why it wasn't charged with the reservation she rolled her eyes and very rudely informed me it's paid when checking in. She gave me the keys and didn't say another word. No thank u or enjoy ur stay- didn't even point me to the room. U cld tell she did not want to be there. She was terrible and needs to find another profession. Also, we received a phone message at checkout and I really wish the staff had put the call through to our room- how hard is that?? Very pleased with the location and rooms, but the pool water was warmer than what came out of the showerhead this morning- within 5 minutes it was cold. Friendly and accommodating staff are lacking at this location, and u need to do something about the water temperature. Wld not recommend if u need a shower.
