Debbie WareDec 18, 20255.0The x2 female front desk clerks and one of the older females that work in the breakfast area on Wednesday dec 17th,25 and Thursday dec 18th, 25 these employees were just so pleasant to talk and be around they helped me turn a bad experience with one of the other employees from the day before Tuesday dec 16th, 25 that worked the breakfast area was a younger female on that shift was the one that made a rude comment to me and had me in such a bad mood and me feeling some type of way but just talking to them for a bit helped change my attitude so I could start to enjoy the rest of my stay if there prices were like Strongsville prices I'd stay here way more it's cleaner, shorter driving distance, more stores around and they have microwaves in all their rooms

It was easy to connect to wifi, and breakfast biscuits were not fresh but everything else's was. The ordering out food options were great, quick and easy!!
