  We booked a room 2 weeks in advance and They did not warn us till we got there that there was construction. Woke up to the sound of banging on walls and more. Not impressed.

  A wonderful, welcoming place to stay as the property itself is very well maintained with remodeling updates currently being accomplished to make one’s stay even better. The rooms are very clean and well-appointed with comfort considerations throughout. If there is anything one may need, merely call the front desk and the need is promptly addressed. The beds are quite comfortable with a set of soft pillows and a set of more firm pillows. The location of this hotel at the Eastwood Mall means that a variety of restaurants and stores to shop are also a distinct advantage. As usual, one can not go wrong by choosing Hampton Inns wherever you are in your travels.

  I spend over $35,000 on hamptons per year and love the brand but this staff is by far the rudest team i have ever come across. I will never book here again.

  Unlike every other Hilton on the planet, you can't do mobile check-in and have to go to the front desk. I love listening to the 8 other people in front of me get told about the amenities and when breakfast is, only to hear all of it again when I could already be unpacked. I travel for my job and I'm only staying here if I absolutely have to. Which is disappointing since the rooms and location is pretty nice.
