Now the good: Im addition to being a clean hotel, it seemed like every member of their staff was genuinely pleased to have my family and I stay there. Friendly smiles, quick service, and abundant patience with a few out of the ordinary requests I made. In particular I need to praise one member of their staff, Cheryl, who seemed to make it her personal mission to make sure my family's stay was as enjoyable as possible. She helped me with a number of issues (beyond her role as a hotel clerk), that solved a very serious problem my family was dealing with. I sincerely hope that the owners and management are aware of the gem they have working their front desk.

But I will no longer stay with IHG do to the fact they charged $150 smoking fee. And I dont even SMOKE!!! THE GM left a message saying there was a weed smell. I don't smoke weed nor cigarettes. Having my doctor do a drug test then im getting a lawyer for taking my money and accusing me of something not true. You lost a good member . And I have shared with all the other ppl.in my company and they will no longer be staying with IHG.

I loved the breakfast bar and was pleasantly surprised to see turkey sausage! The cheese omelettes and coffee were delicious and helped make my morning that much better.
