Lori was very responsive and accommodating as we blocked rooms and made arrangements. The rooms were nice and clean, the breakfast was hot with plenty of options, and staff everywhere were helpful and kind. Also, the option of the meeting room as a gathering space worked perfectly. The breakfast sitting area was also very comfortable for visiting together in the morning and evening. There was major renovation underway that had the main entrance closed at the time we were there, but it had very little impact on our stay and nothing that was unacceptable. This location worked perfectly for our group and I appreciate they made it so easy. Everything was convenient and comfortable.
