Here for a wedding, the shuttle service is supposed to run on a loop. The man at the check in desk was instructed by the shuttle service to call/text if there were people needing transportation. We waited over an hour for the bus to return. It was here when we checked in and when we got to the room I looked out the window and saw it had left already (3 minutes from walking into the building.) Very disappointed with the staff at both the shuttle company and hotel. Total failure on their parts. ***Update*** The employee at the counter had the phone number and there was not a sign on the check in desk. Double check your facts. However on to the room review. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. My side of the bed also seemed broken, I felt like the bed was tilted. The hairdryer did not work, the gfci receptacle was able to be reset and so was the gfci plug on the hairdryer. Still did not work.

One of the Worst Hotel Experiences I’ve Ever Had! I’ve traveled a lot, and I have never checked into a hotel and then chosen to leave the same night — until now. We arrived around 2:00 PM Friday, got ready for a wedding, and left around 2:45 PM. After the event, we came back around 10:00 PM, grabbed our bags, and immediately left to stay at the Hilton across the road. That’s how bad it was. The moment we walked in, the lobby looked old, dirty, and neglected. The area where food is served didn’t look clean either — honestly, we didn’t feel comfortable eating there. I might have overlooked those things if the room itself had been decent, but it was not. The floor in our room was so slanted that lying on the bed would have meant our feet were higher than our heads. Clearly, this has been a long-standing issue since there were wood blocks shoved under the head of the bed to even it out. That’s not a fix — that’s a cover-up. This place needs serious attention and honest maintenance, not quick patches and excuses. We didn’t feel comfortable, safe, or clean — and that’s the bare minimum any guest should expect.

Asked to get a 55 gallon drum of freshwater to take out to the rig for the brakes and to keep people safe and it was like pulling teeth asking them to get it and they said it cost too much money after us being here for a month with multiple rooms I feel like us being here a month and have multiple rooms paid for 55 gallons of water or more.
