    Only negatives is the bathroom is really tiny! Im a big guy, so its hard to move around in there! I wish the pool warm temperature controlled, kinda cold! The ladies at the front desk are nice and sweet , along with good conversations! Lots of food options really close by! Which is great because I love to eat and sleep!

    The staff is always amazing! Best Western is always a good value for your money. With that being said. Our room was pleasant enough. Just a few things to work on. The AC unit was pulled away from the wall and cold air was coming in. Weather was below zero. We asked for an extra blanket and covered it up. The pool are was clean and looked well maintained but the water was cold. The bathroom in the pool area was old and dingy looking. The complimentary breakfast hit the spot! Overall I am pleased with our stay!

    Here for a wedding, the shuttle service is supposed to run on a loop. The man at the check in desk was instructed by the shuttle service to call/text if there were people needing transportation. We waited over an hour for the bus to return. It was here when we checked in and when we got to the room I looked out the window and saw it had left already (3 minutes from walking into the building.) Very disappointed with the staff at both the shuttle company and hotel. Total failure on their parts. ***Update*** The employee at the counter had the phone number and there was not a sign on the check in desk. Double check your facts. However on to the room review. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. My side of the bed also seemed broken, I felt like the bed was tilted. The hairdryer did not work, the gfci receptacle was able to be reset and so was the gfci plug on the hairdryer. Still did not work.
