  Room 406 paid 161.80 for one night bathroom toilet had not been flushed and the toilet seat was dirty had dry pee on the inside and outside then the tv didn’t work only an 80 dollar room if that

  I booked this place because it was really close to my work location. I stayed for 1 night so I did not use all the amenities this hotel had to offer. I was charged twice for 1 night which has put me off and the front desk telling me the Hotel Manager is unavailable multiple times. The first time I called they said I was charged as a no show which made no sense as I checked in at like 430pm that day. I was billed a second time when I checked out of the hotel the morning. So I paid over 300 for 1 night. Giving my name and number when asked multiple times serves no purpose and the lack of response shows how important their guests are.

  I booked this New Albany hotel for the indoor heated pool. I noted that when I made the reservation. I called a week ahead to ask if the indoor heated pool was working and or under renovation. I was told it’s working. I even stopped by in person to the lobby the night before my reservation and asked is the indoor heated pool working and I was told yes. I arrived to check in, changed my clothes and went directly to the pool, which was ice cold. The room was very warm. The water ice cold. The front desk person was apologetic and professional however, there was nothing they could do. They would pass along the problem. Clearly whomever responsible for amenities failed to turn on the heater or the heater is malfunctioning and no one actually stuck an appendage in the water to feel it to test the temp. I used to work for Hampton Inn and Suites. I understand whoever’s responsible should stick their hand in and not just look at the dials of the heating element. I could’ve gone to any number of hotels and had a heated indoor pool. I chose this property because I work on Beech Rd at a large area business. I assumed this would be a smooth reservation considering the large area businesses and after asking multiple times about the pool, that I could expect to get what I asked for and prepaid for. I would’ve had to change again repack drive elsewhere and pay another hotel fee and then advocate and complain to get what I paid for this hotel returned to me. After taking care of an elderly parent all day for the holiday, I was so looking forward to this. To say how massively disappointed I am genuinely is an understatement. As I made do with the situation and was trying to relax I heard a lot of noise coming from the room above me. In this large predominantly empty hotel tonight someone was checked in literally above my room. The night auditor was kind and efficient in moving me to a different room. So I could at least have some peace and quiet. The low service score is not for the employees present this evening.
