Our room, bathroom and shower are very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast has many selections and is very good. Staff has been extremely helpful.

When traveling I normally stay at Holiday Inn IHG. The staff here was very friendly for being late in the day. Greeted us with a smile and was able to accommodate my room request. Room was clean as usual. The morning breakfast bar was great. A visitor was having issues with the pancake machine and staff was able to get working properly for the customer.

Called to see about getting a room during an upcoming storm for someone currently medically fragile who may need access to the hospital quickly. I asked if they had generators so that if the power would go out I would know that this person would have a safe place to be and the receptionist spoke to me like I was an idiot and interrupted me before I was even done asking my question. It was a very rude and upsetting encounter. We live in a small community as she pointed out and you would think that a business in such a small community would have some manners.

Not sure what happened at our most recent stay over Thanksgiving. We've stayed here many times before, and we're quite content with our stay. There were very few people staying in the hotel this time, yet we were Givenchy a room that was terrible (324). The tub had been repainted with some kind of paint that was cracked and rough, the sink clogged as soon as you start a running water, the bed was not made properly, the bathroom floor had hair on it like it hadn't been cleaned, and the hallways reeked of pot. Both mornings the free breakfast was sparce and not replenished within the 20 minutes we were in there. Hope this is not the usual and just a fluke. Kinda roughed up out Thanksgiving celebrations.

Unless you would like to bring some bedbugs home, don’t stay here. Also manager was rude and offered nothing besides to leave.
