    If your in this area please stop by and stay with us it’s in a nice location with a few restaurants near by that you can walk to and the breakfast is lovely the woman that cooks the breakfast does a great job. It’s also a great place to get well rested due to the quietness. They also have to go bags for your breakfast needs such taken fruit muffins and everything else.

    Not bad, no real complaints. Just an average hotel. Friendly staff, older building but clean enough. Would give 3.5 stars if i could. Gave 3 because of cracked tiles, mediocre breakfast and overpowering fragrance in the halls.

    The front desk staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are dirty. The beds, carpets and everything else in the hotel rooms need a good cleaning. Do yourself a favor and bring sanitizing wipes and lysol spray for the bed. Its not the worst hotel but definitely needs a good cleaning. Also not American operated. Also if your an IHG rewards member make sure you get your points for your stay.

    Recently stayed at this property. Great location if you're going to Miami Valley Casino. However, our stay was not the greatest. Once in our room, I went to the bathroom only to find somebody else's crap in our toilet. I also noticed there was the pink mold ring around the tub drain. So, gross. I went down and spoke with the front desk person. All I wanted was for somebody to come clean the bathroom. Apparently that couldn't happen because the front desk person was the only one working...on a busy Saturday, and couldn't leave the front desk. Ok..understandable..and I'm pretty sure your job description doesn't include housekeeping. So, I asked, what are we going to do about this problem? I was given an offer of changing rooms, but it was a downgrade, so no. Front desk said she would call her manager to see what could be done. I got a call from the front desk saying she had spoken with her manager. The FIRST solution for said manager was to tell us we were welcome to go find another hotel and get refunded. Really? That's your FIRST solution from "management"?? I wrote a complaint to IHG. Their response was totally underwhelming, and daid they were forwarding the complaint to the hotel. Ok, so you contact the hotel to which I've already complained, and they did nothing, but you're gonna contact them again? When I told IHG I hoped they didn't mind the review I was going to compose, along with their response, lo and behold those emails have all vanished. The lack of accountability from companies is unbelievable. I would like to know just how horrible a stay at your property has to be in order to get off your corporate rumps and do the right thing by ANY customer. I realize many complaints are trivial. I don't think finding somebody else's fecal matter in your toilet a non issue, but apparently it must be par for the course at this property. It has now been over a week since my complaint, and have had zero response since my email. I won't be staying at another property IHG owns unless it is the ONLY option. That decision was made when you failed, as a corporation, to address this issue in the manner in which it should have been addressed.
