  We had three rooms booked, and none of them were in acceptable condition. In one room, the mattress was noticeably worn out and uncomfortable. The door frame looked like it had been pried open at some point, and there was a gap where you could clearly see into the room from the hallway. Not something you not want to see. We also ran into multiple bathroom issues: one shower drain was clogged, and two of the bathrooms had dirty linens left on the floor, and one of the bathroom doors wouldn’t close because the striker plate was falling off the wall. The hotel felt poorly maintained, only one of the three elevators was working, even that one sounded sketchy. I also scheduled a wake-up call that never happened. Overall, the experience was disappointing, especially given that we had multiple rooms and the issues with all of them. I only wish I had taken more pictures, but didn’t know of the issues in the other rooms until after we had left.

  Ok, so I decided to stay due to the Stay and park package, it was very reasonably priced. I normally stay at the Hilton near the airport but I needed to parking over a fews days their stay and park was much higher in price. So back to Crown Plaza, I've booked the airport parking only before with great success no complaints, and since I had no issues with doing the airport shuttle with I figured I'll give the hotel a shot, and yes, I read some reviews but still wanted to give it a shot, it was only 1 night. Sadly just as some reviews said my room was worn, dated and not cleaned well either (see pictures). Something on the mirror was smeared across it. The bathroom had hair on the toilet. It was like housekeeping rushed through cleaning..My first time staying at any Crowne Plaza and this was not a good impression. While the front desk worker a (Spanish woman) was nice welcoming, she fell to acknowledge my status I have with IHG no thank you for being a Platinum Elite member no water nothing. Maybe she was too concerned about the weather conditions outside (heavy snowing) and road conditions, because she did ask me about it. Would I stay here again, not sure it depends. I might be willing to give them another shot based on my experiences with their over parking and shuttle program they have, never had an issue. Park my vehicle and catch the shuttle to the airport at a very reasonably priced. Again based on that alone I willing to give it one chance.

  The front desk clerk upon arrival was in the lobby on the phone. You wouldn’t even know that she was an employee.. The room has peeling wallpaper water damage. There is no soap in the shower and then the door to get to the parking lot. Doesn’t let you back in. They mention that they’re aware of it, but it looks like it hasn’t worked in years. Very dated hotel, dark theme Wooden doors have white paint on them. The shower curtain doesn’t fit the shower. We also had no soap in the shower. Would absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone unless you need somewhere to park for a discount for a flight and you’re not looking to get a good nights rest
