    Chose this hotel for the 24 hour airport shuttle but they left me stranded at the airport at 1am! Called for shuttle at 11:30pm and they said it was on the way. Called again 30 minutes later, they said it was on its way. After an hour, called again and they said they didn’t have a driver and had no way to get me there. I was stranded at the airport at 1am, too late for rideshare access because airport had closed. Wouldn’t let me cancel reservation without penalty. Had to call a taxi, $25, which the front desk agent refused to pay for. Morning front desk said manager would credit the $25 taxi ride, but no one ever did. Left message for manager next day and no one returned my call. Worst customer service of any hotel I’ve stayed in. Room had mold in several areas of bathroom, outdated and poorly maintained. I’ll never even consider staying here again.

    Didn't rate the rooms because we didn't actually check in. We used this location to reserve park n fly from CLE airport. Shuttle service was timely and they were extremely accommodating given we were delayed overnight with all of these ridiculous airline delays. Have used this location for years, highly recommend!

    I am a business man I travel to city to city I do not recommend this hotel it’s the worst I’ve encountered, The moment I walked in I smell marijuana in the front hall the young black gentle men that help with my bag looked like he was off this planet. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL IT IS NOT A NICE ENVIRONMENT !!!

    OMG - do not stay here! I travel for my company but unfortunately could not stay at the hotel I usually stay at. Out of three elevators, only one works. They have not vacuumed the hallways in months - absolutely filthy. I was out of bath towels and they brought me a stack of hand towels. I am a Quality Assurance Manager and am horrified at the lack of management at this hotel. I left my cell number with the front desk 2 days ago and requested to talk to the General Manager, and still have not received a call back. Will keep everyone posted if I receive a call back.

    The number of issues I had at this hotel is almost comical. Arrived, checked in and assigned to a room on the 4th floor. I waited at the elevator for over five minutes then asked front desk personnel who was within a stones throw if the elevator worked. He said “oh, I forgot to tell you the elevators don’t work”. I know he had to have seen me standing there and never said anything until I asked. He then said I would need to climb the stairs to get to my room. I had a backpack and very large suitcase. Did he offer to help me get these items up the four flights of stairs? No. The next morning I’m in the shower and realize there is no shampoo then exit the shower and there is no blow dryer. Great, I’m starting the day with dirty wet hair. I asked the front desk for these things around 8:30 AM, returned to my room in the evening and still no shampoo or blow dryer. The room had also not been cleaned. Went to front desk and asked for these things and was told they would be delivered within 30 minutes, he said there was no one to clean my room. 30 minutes passes and someone knocks on my door and says “towels?“. “No, I asked for shampoo and a blow dryer”. He said “oh, sorry can you write that down?”. “Uhhh, sure (really?)”. I got a slip of paper in the room and wrote it down for him. Finally got items at 10pm. I stayed here three nights and not once did someone come in to clean the room and make the bed. Is it just me or is that not weird? On top of all of this, the water smells and tastes musty. I think it’s because they are renovating. If you want any fresh non-cancer causing water, you’ll have to buy it by the bottle at $7 for 32 ounces. Everything is very dusty in the lobby and staircase leading to breakfast. Breakfast is average continental and you have to pay for it, $8-$16. Lastly, bring earplugs, cars on the busy street and planes flying overhead will keep you awake.
