- LTLS Thrift2 days ago4.0My stay was okay overall, but I was disappointed with how room preferences were handled. I’m an IHG Platinum member and have a ground-floor preference saved in my profile, yet I was assigned a room on the 4th floor. A member of my party who is not an IHG member was asked which floor they wanted and was given a ground-floor room. I understand preferences are subject to availability, but I expected more consistency and more attention to member preferences. More concerning, on the morning of checkout, I was told checkout was at noon, but around 9:20 AM someone knocked and then used a key card to open my room door while I was in the shower! The only thing that prevented entry was the interior latch. That is a serious safety issue. I do not know who attempted to enter, and an occupied room should not be accessed before checkout while a guest is still inside. This needs to be reviewed as a room security issue.

This is My first time in Ohio and Stay at this AMAZING Staybridge Hotel. However, seeing all of them greeting me and their Customers with a attitude of Politeness, respect, Professionalism, Concern, Caring, Friendliness told me that the Manager(s) was Great leaders. Later when I met them, it was understandable why they have such a AWESOME Team. I highly recommend this hotel and Team to All Visitor and highly commend the Breakfast Team that does a AWESOME Job with Every morning along with providing M-W treats they do for us! I also have to brag on the Cleaning Team for keeping our rooms and the Hotel Spotless! Sending a MEGA Shout Out to the AWESOME Manager(s), Front desk Worker, Breakfast & Cleaning crew, and Entire Staff! Thank you! For Making My 13 wks Stay Such a Pleasant one! Ya'll ROCK!
