The main entrance and even the elevator are spotless. Cleanliness makes or breaks a hotel. The manager Rick is extremely pleasant and professional and the reason I keep on returning to this location.
- BEBrian EarnhartJan 1, 20261.0We stayed there for Christmas to visit our son, I have good things to say about this hotel but I left my Bose ear buds on the night stand, when I called in that night they said the maids did not turn them in but she would send an email to the head of housekeeping and I could call back which I did 3 times. They were never turned in. They know who cleaned the room they know who would have found them. Therefore I do not recommend this hotel.

He was so sweet and accommodating after we had a very confusing mixup - on IHG‘s customer service end. Somehow we were booked at the wrong hotel location and thought we were going to be utterly screwed. Rick made sure that we were well taken care of, he was able to get us a room for the night, and was so apologetic for an error that was not even on his end !! He definitely turned around our trip and we appreciate him so much !!
