This hotel is in an amazing location, and unfortunately thats about all it has going for it. We stayed 2 nights for a soccer tournament and this hotel was part of a stay and play suggestion and blocks of rooms were reserved for that. I have NO clue why they would agree to this because the staff was so rude and so disrespectful about us showing up with children (they dont want them there, just a heads up! They told us that SEVERAL times) We were immediately reprimanded before we even checked in about "no parties" and the threat of "one strike and you are all kicked out" it was the most unwelcoming environment! The rooms were definitely showing wear and tear. None of the outlets on one side of the bed worked, I had to charge my phone in the bathroom. The pullout couch is not full size, it was very small for 2 kids! Our couch/bed was broken, the metal frame wasn't attached to the couch at all so the end was dangling and hanging down. Staff didn't offer any solution to this! We asked if we could use a meeting room to have a team pizza dinner and the staff refused and said those were for business, and suggested we go outside but reminded us that "if you get too loud or rambunctious outside that will be your strike and you will be asked to leave." We had to find a local park to drive to use a shelter house. Then, on Sunday (check out day), we started taking some things out to the car during a rain storm break, and when we came back up to our room (at 9:40am) the cleaning staff was in our room, stripping the bedding, threw our food away in the fridge and dumped the ice (there are no ice machines in this hotel, you have to rely on the freezer ice maker which is SLOW). We went down to talk to the front desk and they legitimately laughed at us, offered no apology, nothing to make it right, and instead said "I guess we have some very efficient cleaning staff". I was flabbergasted. We thankfully were with a team and had another families room we could sit in until we were leaving. I have never seen such rude, unwelcoming, and unapologetic staff and management! I would NEVER recommend

Stayed here three nights to attend a wedding nearby. Location is great, but that’s the only thing that’s great. We paid over $250 a night and couldn’t believe how run down the place seems. Carpet and furniture were excessively stained. The refrigerator sounded like an air compressor. It was so loud I unplugged it every night. Shower head pattern was awful, no decent setting, low water pressure, and it wouldn’t even move (it was fixed in place and aimed towards the wall). Outlet on one night stand was dead (so the light didn’t work either). It was on a switch, but didn’t work in either position. When I went to look more closely at it I found that it pushes into the wall. There must have been a short in it because of this. I had to charge my phone out in the living room/kitchen area. Cleaning staff uses a spray bottle of straight vinegar to clean the floors in the common areas. They spray, then “mop” with a swiffer. The entire hotel REEKED with the strong odor of vinegar all three days. I don’t know how the front desk staff hasn’t demanded they use pine sol or something similar.
