Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.
Having family in hospitality, I always check, clean and sanitize every room I stay in. No different on 10/13/25. Originally, we were booked in room 335, which had a bed beg. I went downstairs to reception with photos and video in hand, and was offered complementary breakfast the next morning and relocation to another room and floor.
The second room was on the first floor and the toilet ran water all night. I called corporate, whom spoke with the staff that claimed they had checked the room with me and didn’t see anything, which was not the case. I proceeded to speak with management and staff and they confirmed that they misspoke and checked room 121 (the new room); which why would you check the new room if this isn’t an issue? Anyway, management was supposed to refund me for the stay and haven’t. Now claiming he said it was for my additional night? Why would a refund be for the following night if I’m checking out?
In addition to the bed begs, the security measures at the back doors do not work. The doors open without using your card. There were bags of trash at the back doors (near parking) and sketchy activity. Save yourself the headache and stay elsewhere. Even if you had drove for 8+hrs and need to rest like I did.
Situations happen. However, it is how they are handled that makes the difference. Photos and video have been sent to corporate and I’m waiting their response.

Spent 3 nights here. Not even close to hilton standards. Rooms were stained and worn out, bathrooms had mold and stains. Housekeeping didnt provide more than one towel. Breakfast was under stocked and costs money. Staff were very lazy and didn’t accommodate or help with anything. Lobby was dirty and run down. No working vending machines and the vending area had old trash in it. Very disappointing

Absolutely terrible.
When I arrived and went into the lobby there was a large line of people waiting to check in but nobody working…waited for more than 10 minutes before someone showed up. We finally got checked in (no cookies by the way) and got to our room - a king with sleeper sofa. It was dirty. Floors were dirty, painters tape hanging from the light fixture - stains in the bathroom, headboard and lampshades. We had medications to keep cold and the fridge was making a. Gurgling noise, not cold and strong chemical smell. The kids had to sleep on the sleeper sofa that had huge nasty stains on the mattress. They didn’t supply any extra blankets, towels sheets or anything in the room. I called for help with these things and he said he would send someone. We waited almost an hour and nobody- called again he said 10 minutes…we ended up stopping someone on the hall. They got us the things and brought us a new mattress but it was a long process and very late. I wanted a new room they told me they were sold out.
I talked to other parents staying there (there for soccer tournament) and everyone had a similar experience.
Ice machines were all broken except on one floor. We had a big pile of garbage outside of our room.
It took them until the second day to have them to fix the fridge. They fixed it while we were out but left a big puddle of water on the floor.
Absolutely terrible experience

Staying for the weekend for soccer tournaments. Rooms furnitures especially the living room couch as in terrible conditions. We had regular room double beds and suite and both were the same condition.
Bathroom tub was dirty. In room phone were disconnected trash behind bed frames one tv was old barelyworking,. Looked for the indoor pool front desk pointed to a location and got chase down by an American family to just notify me that the pool is outside and its close down. So over all this by far the worse Hilton we stayed.

This was the most vile hotel room I have ever stayed in. The room reeked of cigarette smoke that someone tried to cover which amplified the stench. I had to put my bags in the shower because I did not want to carry the smell along. This did not help. I tried opening the windows but there was only 1 window with a screen. I have had to reach out to my next destination to check in early so I can launder clothes that reek and shower myself. When ever the air kicked on it pushed out the vile stench which left for an unrestful night. The sofa had several burns in the cushion. I was unable to use the sofa bed, the pull out mattress was upside down and upon flipping it over there is a large stain on it. Also, I could not sit on the sofa because you sink so far down and cut my legs on the metal frame. I had other engagements so I was unable to see the room straight away or I would have immediately checked out and went somewhere else. This is unacceptable! Filthy and disgusting. Despite trying to distract you with the flashy the lobby you cant hide the horror that await the room. Is this normal to expect at with your franchise?
NOTE: Morning front desk help was helpful and noted my concerns and offered breakfast. I declined because the man overseeing it was rude and what was offered on the breakfast was an insult.
There are a few other hotels before this one try them 1st or sleep in your car.
