Subject: Incorrect No‑Show Charge & Unprofessional Conduct – Immediate Resolution Requested
Hello, I am writing to formally dispute a no‑show cancellation charge that was incorrectly applied to my reservation. My reservation was confirmed through January 30. On January 29, I received: A voicemail from your hotel asking if I was checking out.. an email from Jennifer asking if I would be checking out that day I replied the same day, clearly stating that I was not checking out on January 29, that my reservation was valid through January 30, and I specifically asked for confirmation that my room was secured. Despite this, I was later charged a no‑show cancellation fee for a night that was part of my confirmed stay. This charge is incorrect and unjustified, especially since the hotel initiated the communication questioning my stay. When I contacted the hotel for clarification, Jennifer yelled at me, interrupted me, and hung-up multiple times, refusing to explain the charge. This behavior was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. I am requesting: Immediate reversal of the no‑show cancellation charge Written confirmation explaining how this error occurred Review of the unprofessional conduct I experienced .
I have saved the voicemail, email correspondence, and reservation confirmation and can provide them if needed. I expect this matter to be resolved promptly.
We booked an ADA room but it was not accessible. The general manager found us a completely accessible room. Bed was lower and bathroom was completely accessible. When we are in the area again we will definitely book with this hotel. The breakfasts were awsome and had alot if choices. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful during our stay.

Nice overall hotel. Every area was clean and the room and bed was very comfortable, however the hot water was not hot, more like luke warm. This was the second stay in a row (different properties) where I was not recognized by the clerk at check in being an Honors members. The staff did not seem to go out of their way to be as friendly as other Hilton properties either. The breakfast was good and fully stocked with no issues. Excellent location, walking distance to many nice, newer restaurants.

Nice to see the room service is back to where it was before Covid! I needed help with attaching my Hilton honors number and the front desk young woman complied. Unfortunately, there was a water problem in the hallway. The front desk woman immediately handled it! She did however take an ear beating from another guest because she wasn’t at the desk answering the phone! Sometimes we can’t be 2 places at once! She handled herself quite well..not so sure I would have been that nice!
Nicely renovated hotel. Will definitely book again!

Vinney is A-M-azing ! I am currently staying at this location and I would like to say Customer service is a top priority. Upon checking in , the young man was very pleasant , nice and went above and beyond prior to Vinney coming in. Vinney ensured us that we were in good hands for our stay here. I want to highly recommend this location, if you’re staying in the Mentor area. I also enjoyed the complementary coffee station. It was a perfect addition.
