  The positive was, staff was accommodating to a room change. Rooms were clean. Pool was clean. Breakfast was what I expected, usual hotel stuff. The negative was having music play on each floor by the elevators. Our room was by elevators and you can hear the music all night.

  BEWARE... I stayed a crazy amount of hotels through my trade of work. About 250 + days a year in a hotel. I have never stayed in a hotel that plays their lobby/ hotel music loud all day long. I stayed on the second floor near elevator and they have a speaker on the outside. It plays nonstop music at a medium volume all day and night. I work in construction and all the hotels are built insulated but not sound proof. If I can make out the song from inside my room then it's too loud. Do not stay in a room near an elevator or any room above the lobby floor if your a lite sleeper. Even the pool area I had to yell to my kid over the music; it just needs turned down a tad or down to nothing at night. Staff was friendly and remedied the situation by moving my room away from the noise and I finally got some sleep. Overall the room is a pretty typical Holiday Inn; fairly clean with plenty of lights and amenities like a microwave/ fridge for food prep. The location of this hotel is far enough off the exit not to hear the highway and the area seems safe and secluded. Staff is the main reason this hotel has good rating. They do their job with commitment and accommodate to any of our concerns and needs.

  I almost hate to post such a glowing review as I want there to be room next time I visit the area. This place is top notch in every way!

  So out of the way. I went by it at least 3 times. It was a spur of the moment decision off the highway but more signage would be great
