  Loved this hotel .....we stayed in the king suite. It had the bedroom bathroom living room with pull out couch and a full kitchen ( stove top no oven). Everything was very clean. And the breakfast was very good. Hot food buffet with multiple options.

  My wife and I stayed at Staybridge Suites Cleveland Mayfield Heights Beachwood by IHG from Nov 26–Nov 30, and I can’t rave enough about the experience! The staff was absolutely on their A-game, even though the hotel was buzzing with activity during the Thanksgiving holiday. Despite booking through a third party (Priceline), check-in was a breeze. The front desk associate was polished, pleasant, and professional—even while juggling a lobby full of guests and a rambunctious family camped out near the complimentary hot cocoa bar. One feature that really impressed me was the text concierge service. Shortly after check-in, I received a message letting me know I could text for anything I needed. I didn’t end up using it, but knowing that option was available was a huge plus. Our room wasn’t flashy, but it was perfect for our needs—spacious, clean, and equipped with a kitchenette that allowed us to host a friend for a board game night and pasta dinner. The complimentary breakfast was another highlight. It was well-stocked every time we visited (which was often!), even with a large family or church group enjoying the common area. There was plenty of fresh fruit, muffins, bagels, and other breakfast staples. My vegetarian wife especially appreciated the yogurt station with granola, honey, and other toppings. The fitness center was a bit dated, but everything worked, and I felt safe using the treadmill—which is all that mattered to me. Overall, a huge thank you to the staff for handling everything so smoothly during a busy holiday weekend. We felt welcomed and cared for, and we’ll definitely be back!

  Extremely noisy heater - front desk said they were unaware. Yet we shared a table at breakfast with another guest who said their heater unit was so loud they had to turn it off completely - and froze. Returned to hotel after being out in the evening to find the entrance walkways covered in snow. Front desk staff was indifferent when I brought it to her attention.

  My husband and I stayed 8 nights at the Mayfield Heights Staybridge Suites hotel due to a scheduled medical procedure in the area. Tucked away from the main drag, it was quiet and convenient to shopping, restaurants and medical facilities. The room, feeling more like a little apartment, had a very comfy bed and kitchnette with full size refrigerator and freezer and was just what we needed. Staff was friendly and accommodating—the breakfast and happy hour food options wonderful, such a great value! While our room could have benefitted from some minor maintenance such as touch up painting and grout (updated furniture with a larger couch is a suggestion) but it wouldn’t prevent us from staying here again when we come to the Cleveland area.. As a side note, we are so appreciative that there as a wheelchair to use!
