  It was a nice stay aside from the pool being ice cold. The 1 pool towel per guest sign kind of rubbed me the wrong way too. Its advertised as a nicer luxury place to stay but they dont want to buy more towels and make the guests comfortable. The pool room also had a massive bubble in the ceiling from it leaking and there was lots of grout missing in our suite bathroom that looks like holes in the floor. I think maintenance is definitely lacking.

  The pool room and pool had no hear. Definitely has been an issue for awhile. The poor families who came to let their children swim. I also had to move rooms because the heat didn’t work in my original room.

  Usually always have a great time but the last 2 times the pool was super cold.

  We typically stay here during our roadtrips and we’ve always had a good experience. Unfortunately this time we ran in to the winter storm and couldn’t make it all the way through. Luckily the customer service here is excellent. Amanda was able to cancel our reservation due to the weather with no issues and lots of well wishes for safe travels as we navigated to a different destination. For that alone, we’ll continue to stay here whenever we’re passing through!

  The room itself was ok. But the breakfast was an absolute disaster. The eggs were rubber and partially burnt. The hash browns were burnt even worse. There were no plates or forks. All of these was 10 minutes into breakfast. I could see the employees in the back chatting a way with complete disregard or just oblivious to the problems. One side of the toaster didn't work. In general we were afraid to eat the barely edible food. Anyone that would serve this obviously just doesn't care.
