Unfortunately this time we ran in to the winter storm and couldn’t make it all the way through. Luckily the customer service here is excellent. Amanda was able to cancel our reservation due to the weather with no issues and lots of well wishes for safe travels as we navigated to a different destination. For that alone, we’ll continue to stay here whenever we’re passing through!

There were no plates or forks. All of these was 10 minutes into breakfast. I could see the employees in the back chatting a way with complete disregard or just oblivious to the problems. One side of the toaster didn't work. In general we were afraid to eat the barely edible food. Anyone that would serve this obviously just doesn't care.
