- DMDaniel Miraval2 days ago5.0Last minute detour on my trip and selected this Holiday Inn Toledo-Maumee location I 80/90. The short stay was perfect from check in to check out. Dinner at the on-site restaurant, Sebas Bistro was very good with several healthy options, and the service was phenomenal. As a proud and brand loyal IHG Diamond Elite member as well as an IHG Vacation Club owner I'm was extremely satisfied with this property. Wish I had the opportunity to have stayed for more than one night. It was Freddy G. at check-in that set the tone. If I had more people like Freddy working for me and as part of my team, I'd be further ahead in my customer service based business.

It could’ve definitely used a more detailed cleaning but the beds and pillows were super comfortable and all of the workers were friendly. We were given vouchers for a free hotel breakfast buffet that was prepared in the restaurant inside the hotel. We thought it would be better than a standard hotel breakfast, but it was all the same stuff, and it wasn’t great. Drinks are free but you have to order them at your table with a waitress which means be prepared to tip for your beverage. The waitress was super friendly and nice so we didn’t have an issue with tipping her. The morning of our departure my husband flipped the blankets back and a toenail clipping fell onto the floor. None of us cut our toenails while at the hotel, so this was very disturbing.
