  Tami, the front desk clerk, was incredibly kind and accommodating. The hotel is super clean with renovations being evident everywhere. From brand new carpet, to comfortable beds, and adjustable lighting- this is the best place to take a group of people in the area. Will be taking our group back to this location. Plenty of food just across the street.

  We stayed at this hotel this past weekend while in town for a basketball tournament, so it was understandably very busy. Even with the crowds, the hotel was well run and the staff were pleasant and welcoming. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The beds deserve a special mention—they were unbelievably comfortable. Honestly, this may have been the best night’s sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel. I liked the mattress so much that I actually wanted to find out the brand so I could look into buying one for home. The bathroom was clean, the shower worked great, and we never ran out of hot water—even with three people using it. The mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig were all appreciated conveniences and nice additions to the room. The air conditioning worked fairly well, although we did have to adjust it several times throughout the night to keep the room cool (could have been user error). The fitness center was clean and nice but very small. I also peeked at the pool, which appeared well kept but quite small—probably best suited for younger kids. Breakfast was excellent and well stocked despite the busy weekend. It was easily one of the better free hotel breakfasts I’ve had. Options included egg white omelets, sausage, sausage gravy with biscuits, a pancake maker (which was pretty cool), fruit, yogurt, cereal, and a juice fountain. That’s everything I remember, though I’m sure I’m missing a few items. Overall, this was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again—especially if comfort and a good breakfast matter to you.

  The outside trash was overflowing when we arrived. Brought my cup inside, asked them where I could toss it since the outside trash was full and overflowing, they pointed to the breakfast area trashes....also full, not overflowing and buts of trash all over. So now I'm on alert, looking at everything. Floors were filthy as we walked to the elevators, sink in our room did not drain properly and my favorite- there were people above us, so was woken up early by people walking above me. Many other options in Mason. Go anywhere else.
