    We had such a pleasant stay at this hotel! The breakfast was filling and satisfying, with eggs, sausage, and pancakes that were hot and fresh each morning. It was the perfect way to start the day before heading out for adventures. We loved that they had a billiards table — it gave us something fun and relaxing to do in the evening. The shower was wonderfully stress-relieving after a long day, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep. The location was also a huge plus — it was within walking distance to several restaurants and conveniently close to Kings Island, which made everything so easy and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!

    I had no running water in the shower Spoke with the manager who assured me she would take care of….. NOTHING!!!! heater/AC. Wasn’t working properly. Had to have it up to 77 to get the room above 65 degrees Again nothing from management So not only a crappy stay. Poor Staff/ management

    Good hotel. Not a huge fan of the tru hiltons in general just because they feel like they’re made for kids (rooms are small, everything is colorful and plastic, breakfast is mostly just cereal). This was a major upgrade from the Hampton close by though and well priced. Staff is hit or miss depending on when you come. No issues with my room.

    Stayed in this hotel over holiday. The bathroom sink was clogged. There heater broke and no heat and lots of barking dogs. Had to change rooms. Not much better but had heat. Bright spot was lady who ran breakfast buffet. She was a RAY of sunshine and mornings lovely. Would not recommend hotel. Front desk lacked sense of energy or the appearance of caring.
