Not a huge fan of the tru hiltons in general just because they feel like they’re made for kids (rooms are small, everything is colorful and plastic, breakfast is mostly just cereal). This was a major upgrade from the Hampton close by though and well priced. Staff is hit or miss depending on when you come. No issues with my room.

Not much better but had heat. Bright spot was lady who ran breakfast buffet. She was a RAY of sunshine and mornings lovely. Would not recommend hotel. Front desk lacked sense of energy or the appearance of caring.
