  Checked in on New Year's Day January 1, 2026 for a 2 week stay for work. The TV in the room was missing its remote, so I went to the front desk and they gave me one. Unsurprisingly, it didn't work, but I didn't bother since I brought my Roku Stick with me and it worked fine. The in-room coffee maker uses the old-style disc pods which was a bit disappointing, as most other places I stay has Keurig machines. And surprise...the coffee maker was broken when I tried to use it. So I recalled the hotel advertising 24-hour coffee service, which worked for me since I am up at 4am for work. Lo and behold, there was no coffee service at 4am. Ugh. At least I had an energy drink with me to tide me over the first morning, and ended up going to the Walmart down the street and bought a small Keurig machine for my 4am wake-ups. All these really minor first-world aggrievances aside. My room was otherwise very nice, clean, quiet, in-room HVAC was definitely nicer than many hotels I have stayed at recently, staff and housekeeping were great, breakfast was fine every day and started on time or even earlier during the weekdays, with a nice variety and very good coffee, and the fitness center was very nice and appeared to have been recently updated with the latest equipment. Location was great with easy access to many restaurants a short drive away and a Greater's dessert shop within walking distance. The whole area is very pedestrian-friendly for nice long walks. I would definitely stay here again for either a short stay or for longer stays in the future.

  Great stay! Clean and updated. Yummy breakfast but get there early or you’ll miss out !

  It was first time for us to choose Hilton instead of Marriott. Horrible experience. Dirty hotel. Exceptionally bad room service..they never came for cleaning despite me calling them..my room was in the end of the corridor and the cleaners would lie that do not disturb was on. One time she said I won’t enter as you are in the room so you bring trash outside and if you need anything pick it from the cart!! It shocked me coz the day before another cleaner did come after I called 3 times to front desk and she came inside to take away dirty towels and restock supplies. The price they charged for this horrible service is too much! It was clear the cleaners working didnt like that job but they must be cheaper so they were employed instead of professionals! We all fell sick within 4 days and cut short our stay. This experience has me decided never to choose Hilton!!

  I can’t see enough good things about this hotel. It has a very good location with lots around that you would need. The shower is great. The beds are comfy, but it is totally the staff that makes us a five star hotel from the General Manager Stephanie,who leads with kindness and compassion and always has a smile and friendly spirit for every guest. To the AGM,Dai Marys, To the amazing head of Maintenance Gary who will do anything for you you need he is awesome..He is all about guest service. Shout to the amazing FD staff Jamie, Joyce,Angie and Bella. Also the Sales Manager Amy is so sweet. They have business center which most Hilton’s have taken away. A beautiful pool and a guest laundry facility with nice machines. My husband and I loved our stay here and hopefully we will have a chance to come back. Also, just a few miles up the river is a great outlet mall. Like I said they have everything.
