    Good hotel, limited choices for food and drinks though. Fridge in the room made quite a bit of noise as well as the ice machine in the hall. Could hear it at night. Service was quite bland and pro forma but did what it was supposed to.

    If it wasn't for the Guest Service Manager Ravan, this review would be closer to 1 star. My initial interaction with the check in clerk was less than stellar, then I got to my room to find a stained comforter and unchanged bedding....I know, disgusting! Thankfully when I called down to complain Ravan answered. She apologized and said she'd be up within 5 minutes to change them out. She did exactly that and was pleasant and understanding. She was also attentive the next day (not sure when she slept) and overall just made the experience a good one e. She literally "saved the day" and turned what could have been a bad stay into a good one.
