    Great hotel as usual. I stay at either this one or the one in West Chester when I'm in Cinci area. Great location close to restaurants/stores/ etc. Bar is open I think until 10. There is a gentleman at front desk, Milton, who has been very helpful and fun to talk to when checking in.

    A hold for incidentals should take place at the time of check-in. Not a full 24 hours after check-out. The charge for the room happened during our stay, why didn't the $75 "hold" for incidentals? This really sours an otherwise pleasant enough experience. The rooms were clean. This should be standard, but it seems to be a challenge for hotels to meet. The beds are rock hard, but the front desk was very helpful in providing a couple extra pillows to help fill the enormous gap between the headboard and the mattress. Room could be better lit. Reasonable amount of outlets. VERY warm hallways. Room reverts to 73 degrees after a while, even when you turn it down. No free breakfast, which is standard for HGI, but SO stupid that it annoys me every time I have to look for a hotel. Unfortunately, this was one of 3 hotels with clean rooms in the area. Pathetically low bar.
