    We had a work event here and used the conference room for a couple days. Although they offer free coffee and tea, they ran out of cups and when I asked the general manager there for more cups, he never acknowledged me or smiled, or said anything at all. He did stand up, walked to get more cups and set them down by the coffee, but never said a word and had a blank, angry, looking face. In other words, rude! Also, the coffee got cold, as well as the hot water, and it never got filled up we’re refreshed. Then the water was turned off in the entire hotel for at least an hour, and there were no use of restrooms or water and we had to cut our meeting short. I’d say room for improvement Hampton Inn!

    Do not stay here!! It was a terrible experience!! The girl at the front desk was rude upon check in. Came back late from Kings Island, was tired & just crawled into bed. When we woke up the next morning found blood stains on the sheets. It was totally disgusting. Then at 9:30 a knock on the no one said anything 2 young boys just opened the door. No house keep cart or anything. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed it!

    I loved my stay at this Hampton inn the staff was amazing and the rooms were big and spacious and the breakfast was very good a lot of options for their continental breakfast
