    Old and gross. I made the mistake of not reading enough of the reviews before booking. Only stayed for 9 hours to sleep for a work trip and couldn't wait to leave. Scared to eat anything at breakfast and decided to pay for breakfast at a restaurant. I can't belive this place is a Hampton Inn.

    Room was average, no frills, accommodation. It was close to the corporation I had meetings with, for a week, and so it met my needs for a quiet room. However, a full (continental) breakfast waffles, eggs, muffins, scones, oatmeal etc was only served the first two days with a very nice lady that has worked there for many years. She had everything laid out neatly and cleaned the whole time, she was friendly and I really apologize for not getting her name. She had coffee out in the lobby and was constantly busy. The morning coffee was not put out early the rest of the week, with different staff, so apparently that mattered as to what was served, bc they only put out yogurt and cereal. And the staff was no where to be found. When asked I about the coffee, was told it would be put out later. The front desk was rarely at the front desk. And upon check out, I asked for a receipt for my business trip and was met with a blank stare and then the woman asked why I wanted it, when I had checked in on my app. I explained I would like a paper copy for my records and was again met with “Ahhhhh, What? Hold on. Let me see if my printer even works” The evening desk boy, I believe his name was Joey, was always friendly, waved and was helpful.

    Staff was terrific! Ms Nancy is fantastic! She has the breakfast area glistening clean an well stocked. She even offered to make another guest his waffle while he ate. She talked with anyone wanting to share life. She's a wonderful human!

    Overall good experience. We've been here twice. The first time we had no issues at all. Rooms come with microwave and fridge that actually gets cold, comfy beds, ok TV and showers. The most recent time the room wasn't as clean as we would have liked. It smelled like someone had had dogs locked in the room before us and there was hair all over the room. The person checking out before us had the same complaint, so hopefully they start cleaning better. Otherwise, good experience. We enjoyed the breakfast and coffee, and the pool looks decent. We will definetely come back next year.

    Don’t stay here. The bed bug rumors are true. There were dead bugs and spiders behind the AC unit. Canceled and booked the TruHilton across the street.
