When we explained what happened to the manager, she immediately blamed my mother for falling and told her 'she shouldn't have done that.' When asked for the camera footage of the fall, we were told 'there's no cameras in that area.' Then she proceeded to get passive-aggressive with us and talk down to my mother. The lack of compassion and empathy from the manager was appalling and completely unprofessional. Save your money and stay somewhere else.
