  Absolutely fantastic stay at this location. The price was fair, and the room was very clean. I greatly appreciated the staff who was very helpful and got me out of a bind. I would 100% stay here again.

  1 am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received at your hotel on Valentines Day. On Feb 13, my fiancé Lee Muchmore called to inquire about a room available and was informed that a room was available when he called Feb 13. My fiancé provided his debit card information and I received a Gmail message with a confirmation with reference number (23389) stating that the room was paid for. However upon arrival the clerk demanded an additional $128 plus a $100 deposit, despite my showing him proof of payment when I refused to pay, the clerk attempted to charge my card again and I declined to stay at hotel. To my surprise when I returned home, I discovered that another $100 had been charged off my fiancé card. My fiancé immediately contacted the hotel and spoke with Siv, who instructed him to call back on Monday to discuss Monfay to discuss the matter with the manager. Given the circumstances, I am extremely dissatisfied and warn potential customers not to provide information to this establishment. As of now, I believe the hotel owes my fiancé $245.50, which was taken without authorization on February 14, 2026 around 8:45 pm. I intend to follow up Monday Feb 16, 2026 and provide an update on the resolution to this issue, which has ruined my Valentines Day experience. My fiancé Lee Muchmore and I had excepted a much better experience

  My husband and I love this hotel. We take frequent staycations here and relax in the pool and hot tub. The staff is super friendly, the rooms have always been nice and clean and they have a decent breakfast. I recommend it for everybody. Scratch that, stay away! Lol

  This hotel is very bad service and so cheap ther customer service to very bad they are refund my deposit after 3 weeks 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

  Second time we have stayed at this hotel during winter holiday season. Friendly staff who were quick to address concerns when they came up. Close enough to see part of Kings Islands evening fireworks from our hotel window. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby
