Second time we have stayed at this hotel during winter holiday season. Friendly staff who were quick to address concerns when they came up. Close enough to see part of Kings Islands evening fireworks from our hotel window. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby

We stayed here 1 night, December 2nd to the 3rd. I should have read reviews. I got eaten alive by bed bugs on my arms. Today's the 8th and they're still massive and red Ave itchy.

I've stayed at this property several times and each time has been great! It's always clean, smells nice, the staff is always pleasant. This property meets all my needs, amenities, location is convenient, and safe. I'd definitely recommend this hotel!

Yes I checked in when I did and dropped my bag off after driving 4 hours and went out to the lights at the zoo then dinner after with family then came back to hotel and when I sat in the chair to take my shoes off I saw a cockroach on the floor I grabbed a tissue from bathroom flushed it. The room is by steps so I gave it the benefit of the doubt that maybe one got in. Then 15 minutes later I found another on the wall while watching tv I did the same and then packed my things and on my way out the room I saw another. I told the employee SAV and he informed that he can’t see any and wanted me to go help him look for more cockroaches I declined then after much talking we tried another room and he gave me a room on the same floor a few rooms down from the obviously infested room. I asked to checkout and a refund for my deposit and for the rooms for the lights because of it. He said he can’t check me out he will change the dates after he can charge or something of that nature. I was able to obtain my cash deposit but he refused to give me a check out receipt. I had to go get another hotel room for $430.00 at the ac hotel in mason oh area
