Breakfast was good, but the waffle station was broken. Overall, hotel was fine, but it seems like management are making some poor decisions and cutting corners badly.

Then I called back the guy put me on hold for less then a minute and then told me no one found the phone and as I explained the phone was there based on the location and he said we'll you come here and find it and hung up on me. WE KNOW IT IS IN THE HOTEL THE GPS SINGLE IS SO PRECISE IT SHOWS THE PIN EXACTALY WHERE OUR ROOM IS IN THE HOTEL. I AM 100 PERCENT SURE THE CLEANING STAFF DID NOT TURN IN THE PHONE LIKE THEY SHOULD AND YOU GUYS DID NOT TRY TO ENCOURAGE THEM TO RETURN IT BECAUSE YOU DO NOT CARE. THE POLICE EVEN SAID THAT THE PIN SHOWED THE LOCTION OF OUR ROOM SO THERE STILL IS TIME TO RETURN THIS PHONE TO OUR FAMILY OR WE WILL ENSURE NO ONE WE KNOW STAYS IN ANY BEST WESTERN AGAIN.

Called the hotel and they hung up on me the first time. Called back and the guy said that since it was prepaid they wouldn’t refund me. Under 24 hours I can understand but 2 full days before the booking is absurd.
