- MAMarshall AllmanDec 12, 20251.0Hotel and Room were very clean. I'm a Hilton Diamond member and i felt like i was being evicted at 11am on the dot when i was still finishing up packing. The housekeeping person attempted to enter my room even tho i had the do not disturb thing on the door (whats the point of having those if you arent gonna honor them). The desk immediatly called me to tell me they were gonna charge me extra for late checkout. Again, I'm a Hilton Honors DIAMOND member we are supposed to be able to get late checkout, and next time i come to mansfield ohio im not staying here and you shouldnt either.

She was awesome, sweet and the dining area was sparkling clean. Overall a good value. I will stay there again. The 4 stars for location is becuase we arrived on a very dark night and it was hard to figure out where to enter the hotel. A sign would be nice directing you to the entrance to the parking lot.

I had lived in the area a long time ago and the staff was happy to talk to me about my visit and when I lived there. Very small town feel which was really nice. I would recommend this hotel if you are staying in the area.
