He made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond. The breakfast was good though being a smaller hotel, the options were limited. The unlimited fresh ground coffee was a life saver. The food options and the location were limited but it is close enough to the city of London and Columbus that there was easy access to go to any place fairly nearby. Definitely will be back.

That should have been my sign to check out and leave. Bfast caused me to have massive diarrhea and ended up vomiting was it their food? Not sure. i figured I should clean it up so that staff didn't get sick. I let the lobby host know what had happened and I needed more towels. His immediate response was because you damaged our property( washcloth) you will be charged. I brought said washcloth to show him. Mind you I went to the ER bc I was so sick. He says oh ya. No big deal. But then continues to argue with me about charging for a wash cloth. I just want to say he was very unpleasant, went out of his way to be a jerk and then when I confronted him, it wasn't a big deal. In summary. Freezing to death in your car is a better option than staying here. Picture of wash cloth, and then a discovery of what's hiding in their bathroom. Won't clean the shower but will charge me for cleaning my own room. Ok

My only complaint is that the glass door opens itself after you close it, so unless you physically hold the door shut, water gets all over the floor. And whoever they hired as a tile installer, did a pretty bad job, there were several holes that I found, allowing water to seep in and behind the tiles...
