- SLSarah Lyons6 days ago1.0The room was unclean- hair pins, contacts, crumbs, ect. The exposed boxsprings, carpets, chairs, ect are all stained. The walls had exposed wall decor supports with no decor. The hotel as a whole is very unclean- the elevators smell like urine and cigarettes, the pool area was dirty and had no towels, the laundry room was disgusting. The staff was rude, unpleasant and unfriendly. I was told more than once by more than one employee they were too busy to speak to me. We cut our stay short and moved to another hotel.
