    Stopped for 1 night stay while traveling back home to northern MI from Georgia/Florida/Alabama trip. Welcoming lobby; very friendly staff; clean and comfortable rooms; complimentary breakfast is a great start to the day; good coffee, which is always a plus! Convenient location off I75 and close to anything you may need. Had dinner at The Social in Lima…amazing food and great atmosphere. Highly recommend and we will definitely stay here in the future if the opportunity presents itself.

    I normally pick Holiday Inn, that way I know what i'm walking into. I feel they keep a good standard. Everyone was very friendly.

    This was a nice hotel. I did not give 5 stars for a couple things that are not really the staffs fault. My room had ants in there when I got there. I notified the staff, not sure if anyone ever came in because I never saw any ant bait traps and the ants were there the whole time I was there. I was there for a bit and during my stay there was a couple nights that someone was above me, I don't know if it was the way that place was built or if that person was a crazy heavy walker but they were very loud when they walked around the room above me. The staff I met were all nice though, the lady that booked my room, the GM, and another lady at the front desk were all very nice.

    Excellent service from Esra, Dhana and Yudish- treated my like an adult and with respect and as part of the Holiday Inn family. Ended up giving me a suite and others perks and all in a super professional and friendly interaction and at an exceptional price. I had just come from the Hampton across the street where there was "full availability" when I asked for a room and only to be told that price was $177 per night (as almost sold out). BS can only go so far all the while playing customers for a fool. The folks at Hampton should walk over to the HInn Express and take some notes on customer service and treating customers like family! Kudos to the team at Holiday Inn Express Lima. thank you
