- RLRuth LindeMar 4, 20264.0The bed was comfortable! The other Holiday Inn in Lima told us there was no hot water here, but that was not true. It did seem a bit overpriced. A third party seller online gave a $69 quote, but they wouldn't go anywhere near that low! For an extra $10, we could each order a breakfast entree from the menu in the on site restaurant/bar.
- BLBrenda LowFeb 17, 20261.0My husband & I were on our way to meet our new granddaughter in South Carolina. A small animal came runni g out & we crashed our car. We were not hurt. The tow truck took us to hotel hell. We had maincoon cats with us. Before I could call my family the tall man & gray haired lady looked us up on facebook. First they called the wrong people & had their adult son crying. He told him his mom had a bad accident & has a concussion. The fellow called his mom to find out it was a lie. Then the looked up one of my sons & told him I had a bad accident with a concussion & I need to go to the hospital. My son was on a business trip in Texas & flew home, by the time I called to say we were fine he told me why would an employee call him. After 8 days & no rentals we finally got one. My son gets another text that I smashed the rental which was a lie. I think the only reason he was doing this is probably because I had maincoons. The manager was so nice & gave us free breakfast. The next morning the gray haired lady said no free breakfast. We were treated worse then animals. I could not wait to leave as we had that tall man watching us along with the gray haired lady. I have stayed in many Holiday inns & never felt this way. The room was horrible. Pieces of rug missing. The pool was locked & green water. Since that man & lady upset my intire family I will take this further. My daughter now wants me to call her on every trip. I would be very careful if you stay there as they will look you up & your business. If you have facebook then lock it down if you happen to stay there. I just would like to know if anyone has been treated like this because they have cats. It says pet friendly so I still don't know why they kept texting my son with lies. I guess a lawyer will have to get the answers from that man & lady. This happened Feb 3rd 2025. Plus sorry Mr & Mrs texting does not lie & can't be erased. How many other people have been spied on there?
- CRChris RoachFeb 6, 20263.0I have been staying at the Holiday Inn Lima annually for more than 10 years. The location is clean; the staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean. The DISAPPOINTING part of my stay over the last three years is: First, the pool is not maintained. It was closed in the previous year, and this year the heater is not working. Second, much of the equipment in the Workout Room is not maintained and is not working. I have not been able to get on a treadmill in three years there.

I was calling to ask about staying for the month of February. But I’ll find another hotel because this tells me how I will be treated. Lima,Ohio location
