Squalid... And the pool looks like it's been closed for some time. The front desk clerk was nice.

Not the best, but it did the job. I just want to start by saying this hotel is extremely overpriced — I paid almost $200 for one night, and honestly, it was worth maybe half that. Some of the front desk staff were friendly, but not all. The room could have been better. The towels in my bathroom were stiff, almost like they had been used and hung back up without being washed. The shower drained so slowly that I was standing in water the whole time. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable and cozy. However, the place felt like it was in the middle of a renovation or just not well-maintained. Overall, it didn’t feel clean, and for the price, I genuinely expected much better. I won’t be returning.

Andrew was Awesome. Very accommodating, very professional. Bad experience next door hotel. Walked over to HI, as a member, one quick overnight stay. Great room, great rate at last minute. Thanks to Andrew!👍

I was very disappointed with this Holiday Inn. I was looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub (true, it's not listed in the amenities but you can see it in photos)and pool for a bit before showering and sinking into the soft, marshmallow bed with fat fluffy pillows and drifting off to sleep. As we head on up to our room I see a note about the pool being out of order. Ask my husband if they said anything about the status of the hot tub. Nope he says. They didn't mention it so we are thinking sucks about the pool but at least we have the hot tub. As we were going back out to grab a few things I decide to ask lady at the desk about the hot tub. She explains that the pool just went down yesterday and they hadn't got it fixed yet and they don't advertise the hot tub cuz it hadn't been operational since Covid.. bummer but it's a Holiday Inn so it's clean and comfy right? Nope. The floors in our room didn't look like they had been vacuumed. Walls in the room were filthy, bathroom sink was gross, mirrors spotty, shower dirty. The carpets in the halls and stairways were stained. The bed was comfortable but I feel like, overall, it was not great. No free breakfast either.
