Tried calling January 6,2026 at 1:00pm they kept hanging up. I called like a dozen times. They picked up one time and never said anything then hung up. I was calling to ask about staying for the month of February. But I’ll find another hotel because this tells me how I will be treated. Lima,Ohio location

I stayed here a year ago, it was awesome. I don't know what happened between then and now, because now I'm not staying here again. First, the chairs were insanely uncomfortable. Second, the heater didn't work properly.. It would turn on when I turned it up, then drop down to the 60's before it kicked back on again, never actually getting to the temperature I set it at. I actually set it to 82 because my feet were freezing, never got close. Third, and MOST IMPORTANT: The internet went out after the first night. I called the front desk on the hotel phone and the phone was so bad he said he couldn't understand me (irony.) Actually, that was 3 hours after I discovered the internet was out. I called every 45 minutes or so and no one ever answered the phone until then. He said the router was bad and they needed another one shipped. Interesting that the internet didn't have a backup plan. I'm not a knitpicker, but I'm here for work, and when I get back to the hotel at dinner, I have hours of work to do in the room. Couldn't do it. He said it would be fixed the next day. I get back the next day.. Still isn't fixed. Said it'll arrive in 2 hours and it'll work then. I was in IT for 25 years and knew that he didn't know anything about routers at that point, because they are NOT plug and play. But I didn't say anything, just waited longer. Bedtime and still nothing. Next day? Yeah, still nothing. I checked out and I'm never going back. Do yourself a favor and get a Holiday Inn Express.. They are cheaper and WAY better. Plus they have a breakfast that is great and doesn't cost 15 to 25 dollars for roughly the same items. By the way, do you want to know what was absolutely perfect? The bar area, because that's how they make extra money. Well, except that their credit machine is down so it all goes on the hotel bill. Surprise!
