- DMDaniel MurphyApr 28, 20265.0Always clean and comfortable. The only glitches in our room is the bathroom door will not latch. Design flaw! You must put something against the door or it will swing open. The door to the hallway has a gap so big you can see the hallway. Design flaw again. This really needs to be fixed. This was in the top floor suite 307. Breakfast was great and so was the staff!
- ACA CApr 16, 20265.0I recently had a great stay here. The room was very clean. Location is great and not far from downtown Lancaster with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. There's a fenced in area for dogs which I thought was a nice inclusion that I haven't seen at a lot of ther hotels. Breakfast was good. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Katie at the front desk commented on my Blink 182 shirt. Thank you for that. I'll remember that compliment for the next decade. 5/5 would recommend

No bedding was available for the pull out sofa in the room and, when requested, the front desk implied that we were lucky to get the single blanket and pillow because "they were full." It is unsanitary and unacceptable to expect guests who book a suite to sleep on a bare mattress without sheets. Likewise, we didn't have a sufficient number of towels. The on-floor laundry facility was out of service. The breakfast staff behaved as though they were severely inconvenienced to have guests in the space. I would not recommend this location.
- STSilent Slayer Ghost ToursMar 6, 20265.0I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Lancaster while I was in town for a late-night ghost hunt at the Fairfield County Infirmary. After finishing the investigation around 3:00 AM, it was such a relief to return to a clean, comfortable room. The staff was kind enough to grant me a late checkout the next morning, which I really appreciated before heading to the airport. The location was perfect—very close to the Infirmary and just a short drive to the airport. After a cold night of ghost hunting, I may have turned my room into a full sauna trying to warm up, but the cozy room made it easy to relax and recharge.
