- KOKristy Osborn3 days ago2.0The web listing had photos/ video of an indoor pool that doesn't exist. No bedding was available for the pull out sofa in the room and, when requested, the front desk implied that we were lucky to get the single blanket and pillow because "they were full." It is unsanitary and unacceptable to expect guests who book a suite to sleep on a bare mattress without sheets. Likewise, we didn't have a sufficient number of towels. The on-floor laundry facility was out of service. The breakfast staff behaved as though they were severely inconvenienced to have guests in the space. I would not recommend this location.
- STSilent Slayer Ghost Tours5 days ago5.0I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Lancaster while I was in town for a late-night ghost hunt at the Fairfield County Infirmary. After finishing the investigation around 3:00 AM, it was such a relief to return to a clean, comfortable room. The staff was kind enough to grant me a late checkout the next morning, which I really appreciated before heading to the airport. The location was perfect—very close to the Infirmary and just a short drive to the airport. After a cold night of ghost hunting, I may have turned my room into a full sauna trying to warm up, but the cozy room made it easy to relax and recharge. Best complimentary breakfast I’ve ever had I was honestly looking forward to it every morning!
