  Holiday Inn Express hotels are impressive But I’m outraged and upset with only one thing, I travel for work and I always stay in Holiday Inn Express hotels and the company I work for pays for us the lodging and the card is in the name of the company and I even wear the company’s uniform and the bosses give us those credit cards to pay for accommodation and material that we need to buy and they have given us a problem why the name of the card is not with the name of our ID when they are clearly seeing us dressed in the company uniform To which we work and this hotel is the one where we have stayed several times we come from Myrtle Beach SC and they have just put us in trouble for this today when other times they have not done it and that bothers a lot thank you

  Front desk had a horrible attitude. Platinum member, didnt offer me any of my benefits. Didn't even offer me to spin the little wheel they have I had to ask. Walls are paper thin, people stomping and yelling in rooms around me all day and night. Horrible experience, will never stay here again.

  Very clean rooms and hotel. Nice workout room and good size pool. Breakfast was good as well. Staff were all very friendly.

  Stayed here a few years ago and had a less than stellar stay. Today I decided to give it another try. And I am so thankful I did. I booked the King suite with the jetted tub for really affordable rate. It helped that I booked in the middle of winter. I got to see a room that was like no. Everything was neat, clean, furniture was like new. The staff was absolutely wonderful. The young lady in the afternoon who greeted me was very sweet. And when we arrive back late this evening, the night auditor was the sweetest person… When I could not figure out how to work the tub she came up to even show me. You’ve done wonderful things with this hotel and every time I stay in town I will stay here. My only feedback would be please put safes in the room. When people are traveling, they do not want to be leave their valuables out nor do they want to have to carry them to a desk and go through a process to store them there. Other than that, an absolutely perfect stay.
