I called to reserve an adjoining room while visiting family nearby over Thanksgiving. For medical reasons in my party, an adjoining room is imperative. I was told that although they currently have the adjoining rooms available, I would have to book the reservation now but call the day of to make sure an adjoining room was available. This was the entire reason that I was making a reservation in the first place, to reserve the type of rooms that I needed. When I inquired further as to why I couldn't reserve the room now, I was told "you never know what's going to happen". I called a hotel nearby and they quickly reserved 2 adjoining rooms for me without a problem. I'm still pondering what might happen suddenly to completely undo the reservation that I was trying to make. It felt like a strange episode of The Twighlight Zone. If you do book a room here, apparently take it with a grain of salt bc "you never know what's gonna happen". Lol. Good luck.

These were the rudest people I've ever encountered at a hotel. Across the board rude. I think they forgot they were supposed to be there for us. And to top it all off locked us out of our room while we were loading up from a long weekend at regular check out time. That alone deserved a zero star stay. Yall were pathetic

We love this hotel! The staff is beyond great. We drive from Canton to stay here. We have stayed here on special occasions to eat at Lockkeepers, but we discovered by accident that they have the best bar and staff. Been there twice and planning on spending New Years Eve there. Dan the man security guard is the best. We all loved him! The girls that work the front desk are awesome! We are IHG platinum members, we have stayed at quite a few Holiday Inns. Including Aruba. Always great experiences.

This hotel has many positives. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfy, their choice for soap and shampoo (Dove) is excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful. And the location is preferred, especially if visiting outside of Downtown Cleveland. But this is a property in desperate need of maintenance and renovation. In just our two night stay we encountered: Dingy hallways Worn out furniture Poor bathroom lighting and damaged shower curtains And hotel doors that wouldn't close properly due to worn out or shoddily installed hardware. I would stay here again, but only if I knew that they had upgraded lighting and improved the security for their guests by replacing faulty locks and doors.
