- TCTori CoburnDec 27, 20253.0Rooms clean beds clean bathroom was ok. Tub was dirty tho. When taking a shower the bathroom floods and so does the enty way just outside the bathroom. If you have a bathroom that has a tub/shower combo that has the fabric shower curtain. DONT shower. My boyfriend and I spent 5+ minutes drying it up because it was so bad. We are staying here while our truck gets fixed. We are semi truck drivers and couldn't stay in our truck. Christmas day breakfast was terrible cold not alot of options cheese omelets were burt. Pancake maker wasnt working even tho it was the day before. The area is great. Hotel not so much. I've stayed in better. Lack of room service cleaning if you are staying more then one day. I asked for more towels but was only given one. Like I said there's 2 of us in the room. And I had to throw my own trash away. After asking them to do it almost 2 hours prior.

They said they didn’t take cash so we put the money in the card and came back and paid.. that’s how we got the keys.. next day they call and say we have to leave because of nonpayment but my mothers account said “Pending” with the hotels name and location. When I came down to talk to the front desk she said they made a mistake. On Monday morning when we went check out out he says that we didn’t pay again. When he says that the lady made a mistake and did us a “favor” she will be held accountable. Yea by comping some of my stay for the bullshit. So he calls the cops and they look at him stupid. Now he is holding my mothers phone as speak as a hostage until he gets “another $400” his words not mine.

- MQMai QabahaNov 6, 20251.0Wouldn’t recommend, they don’t clean the rooms properly or wash the towels. The pillow case had blood stains on it and the towel had stains on it . Too noisy, I woke up at 5 in the morning because of loud music in the hallway and staff didn’t tell the people to turn it down. Even the bag for the hairdryer had lots of stains on it . There is a coffee machine in the room but no coffee cups . Smh 🤦🏽♀️. For $150 it’s absolutely not worth it .
