- MQMai QabahaNov 6, 20251.0Wouldn’t recommend, they don’t clean the rooms properly or wash the towels. The pillow case had blood stains on it and the towel had stains on it . Too noisy, I woke up at 5 in the morning because of loud music in the hallway and staff didn’t tell the people to turn it down. Even the bag for the hairdryer had lots of stains on it . There is a coffee machine in the room but no coffee cups . Smh 🤦🏽♀️. For $150 it’s absolutely not worth it .

Our room was very dusty, the carpet stained, the bathtub stained and chipped , the sink drained very slowly. and the breakfast was awful. The staff chatted away in a room prior to opening for breakfast. The trash cans were overflowing with pizza boxes, drinks and other items. Not very appetizing. Upon opening for breakfast they decided to mop the floor thereby making it a challenge to get food. The breakfast had only a few selections, tasted awful and cold. It is certainly not worth the money spent. In my opinion stay at this hotel for a last resort. I hope corporate is taking this review seriously and will make it a pleasant and safe for their guests.
- JSJake SOct 1, 20251.0I work on the road 95 percent of the year. This is the worst Holiday Inn ever ever stayed at. The girl at the front is SUPER unprofessional. They have a game room but if you stay in there past 10 o'clock she will threaten to call the cops. My company spends tens of thousands of dollars a year for IHG hotels and this is is the only one we have ever had a problem at. The Hampton next door is where we will stay for the 2 months.
