  I had an INCREDIBLE experience with this hotel. From the moment I walked in, to the moment I left. Tiffany was the individual on duty when I checked in. She was friendly, kind, intelligent, knowledgeable, and went absolutely above and beyond on every aspect of customer service. The lobby and hallways were clean, up to date. The rooms were fabulously updated, well insulated, quiet, clean, great furnishings, huge Samsung tv. The bathroom was just renovated- and it was a dream bathroom!!! Beautiful remodeled, clean, amazing water pressure, and plenty of clean towels. I have spent many nights in hotels traveling through the country, and this hotel is top notch. I was in the Navy, and my cleaning standards are exceptionally high. I give my highest praise to this incredibly fabulous affordable hotel. Thank you very much, especially to Tiffany- job well done!!

  #1. The elevator & staircase looked like something off a horror movie crime scene. Apparently only the downstairs tv was connected to the wifi so we couldn't watch anything that we'd planned. I understand hotels go through maintenance and updates, but you should inform the guests. The stones in the pool area are coming out the floor it felt disgusting. My skin felt awful after being in the jacuzzi & the fumes were too strong. When I tried to take a shower stuff was falling into the tub from the handle. Then the drain wasn't even draining. So it was just filling up with water & whatever that stuff was. I was so over it all I wiped off in the sink & went to bed instead of continuing my night. The sheets were stained. We left more exhausted than when we arrived. We were supposed to stay a second night but after that we ended up going home. It was a waste of time & money. Bestwester should have their name removed from the building. #2. The man that checked us in was extremely helpful. He did his best to solve our problems. Even though he couldn't solve most of them he still tried & made sure to communicate with us. He was literally the only good part about the place. I ended up feeling bad for having to bother him so much & just chose to go to bed instead. #3. Fix everything & communicate with your staff about whats going on in the building you're having them operate. So they can communicate with the guest & give them the proper information without having to run around & search for it. Your right it doesn't but it still would have been nice to know. What about the other stuff I said? What about the fact that the mini fridge was so over frozen & broken down you could only use a small part of it. Charging people for amenities they can't use is not ok

  Great staff, they accommodate room requests when able. Always able to get restful sleep after all day driving. Less than 2min from the interstate. Great Door Dash area.
