    I stayed here for a quick overnight trip and was very impressed. The room was clean, quiet, and perfect for a good night's rest. The complimentary breakfast the next morning was a great bonus-everything was fresh and there were plenty of options to choose from. I'll definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

    The manager Loki has terrible customer service and the guest relations was sub par. My family if 6 arrived and was given a room that smelled of marijuana to which we were moved to another room (only other suite available) and it smelled foul, no towels, shower was not clean and mild on the floor tile upon entry. I was told I would receive a credit for the first night and they would clean room while out. The room was not cleaned while out and the credit did not appear but instead I was charged twice and both charges were $40 over quoted amount and amount shown in app. Whenever I addressed anything with front desk a note was left for management with only one voicemail addressing double charge not status of room or promised credit. I escalated to IHG Guest Relations to which I was told this is only handled with hotel management- after three days I did finally get another call from Loki but he refused the credit and said corporate had to handle it - to which they respond saying local hotel management is responsible. The state of the room and the disgusting breakfast area that was never cleaned and the food was poorly prepared made for an unacceptable stay. I was booked to stay three nights and had to find other arrangements for our showers and my kids sleeping as the beds and pillows smelled terrible and the bedding was not replaced as requested etc. Overall terrible experience, and I felt like the management takes advantage of the fact that there are not many options for travelers with kids, especially larger families.
