His name is Rob and he has been so helpful with me and my children and with my family and helping us with the stuff that we needed around the hotel and I just think that that gentleman needs recognition for the work that he does here because he really puts in everything he has to help everybody and make us feel like this is our home so I just wanted to leave a review and let you guys know that he did a great job and that I would stay here in the future with my children and my family.

The gentleman was awesome, I accidentally booked the wrong date through my company's app and he fixed it on the spot. The room was clean and cozy. I did have to park the truck across the street at Kroger because I was too long for their parking lot. The gentlemen in the evening said Kroger at Best Western had an agreement and I would not be towed. I'll definitely be back there if I have to stay in or around the Cleveland area.

She felt it appropriate to yell at me for wanting a plastic fork from the breakfast area at night, which was an odd reaction to have towards someone spending $165 per night. Especially having asked a previous employee the night prior and him having no issue at all with it, weird woman.
