    I attend school nearby and had an early morning and didn't want to commute home. This hotel is fairly convenient to the interstate, though that means my room had a view of gas station. Check in was easy. The room was small but fine. Bed was very comfortable and I slept well. Room and property could use a little TLC, fresh paint, repairs. Just a little love! Some small issues with wrappers or things on the floor, but otherwise was clean. The breakfast was good, consisting of omelets, sausages, biscuits and gravy, make your own pancakes, pastries, etc. Early in the morning, I was woken up by people being loud in the hallways. With some renovations, this would easily bump up to a 4 star.

    DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! i had to stay here for 3 days for work.. i got stuck on the elevator at 6 am... took them 45 mins to get a hold of a manager. The fire department came and had to demand for the manger because this was the 3rd time in two days apperently! What was the offer 40 dollars refunded back to only try to go back up to my room to find she had already cancelled and locked my room with everything in it! Remind you this is now only 7 am. So i had to ask for a new key card just so i can get my stuff and shower! Horrible care for the customers!

    General Manager, Sandra, checked us in and she was so pleasant and accommodating. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean. The rooms are a good size and the beds are sooo comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was also very good. If passing through Harrison Ohio in the future, I would definitely stay there again.
