- AAAlana1 day ago1.0This is without a doubt the dirtiest and creepiest hotel I have ever checked into which was surprising given my experience at other Best Western locations and the clean appearance of the photos online. From the moment I checked in, I felt uneasy. I was asked my age and told I looked young; when I questioned this, the front desk attendant became defensive and insisted it was hotel policy. While that may have been true, his tone and behavior left me feeling very uncomfortable. The entire hotel smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, there were strange noises in the hallways, and my room was poorly maintained, with the bed not fully made. I have traveled solo before and never felt unsafe—here, I genuinely did. The environment gave me the unsettling feeling of being in a place where illegal activity might be occurring, and it made me extremely cautious. When I requested a refund and explained I would be staying elsewhere, I was initially refused. It took 20 minutes of arguing with the same attendant, despite my request to speak to a manager, before the refund was processed. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone, especially solo female travelers.

Everything was super clean with the exception of the bedside lamps. Nice comfy beds. We travelled with a small dog and it was super convenient and reasonably priced. Typical hotel breakfast. We would stay here again.
- LHLissa HamilJan 4, 20261.0The most disgusting hotel I’ve ever seen. When we arrived there was a dog swimming in the indoor pool barking its head off. The hall stunk of cigarette smoke. Once in the room there wasn’t a wall or surface without stains, the toilet handle was completely broken and the bathroom sink clogged. Opened the fridge door and found dead cockroaches. The hotel actually charged my credit card two more times after checking in even though we didn’t stay. No refunds or apologies were given and property refused to refund the additional charges that were fraudulently charged on my credit card. Worst hotel experience ever. This nasty hotel should be condemned and its employees arrested.

Pinky helps by checking whether we need towels or housekeeping every day. Feeling Blessed just by staying here. Thanks to the entire team who makes this possible.
