The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. A nice touch that really stood out was the complimentary water bottles available during the stay from their grab-and-go market—other Holiday Inn Express locations should take note! Overall, a great experience and highly recommended.
- KCKameron CapiccioniJan 2, 20261.0My stay was very unprofessional my stay was supposed to be from December 31 2025 to January 4 2026 but the manager the was working upfront was rude on January 1st 11-11:50pm she called the cops on me and my friends 3 of us was at Walmart when my sister called saying the Manager came in the room while she was in the shower meaning she violated my rights to privacy what’s even worse is she was a minor meaning she violated my First, Third, Fifth Amendment right then after we left she changed my card 250 plus another 250 then 100 and 150 she tried charging me 750 when she told the cops I would get my refund Cause I still had 3 nights left. She tried saying I was stealing pool towels when she told me I couldn’t take them to my room I put them back and told the cops I was stealing even they said it wasn’t stealing since it never left the pool room of the property and then she was watching us on the cameras and swim cause the first time she came In she said there was 18 mins till the pool close and the 2nd time accused me of stealing. We were racially profiled

- KKKymNov 22, 20255.0I checked in for 3 nights. This hotel is one of the best I have ever stayed in. It's very nicely updated and SUPER CLEAN. The staff was amazing and friendly and helpful. The breakfast was absolutely amazing far beyond my expectations. This is a top tear hotel as far as im concerned. Will definitely stay here again.
