Hotel dispone di una piccola palestra e un locale per lavare i propri vestiti senza costi addizionali. Non viene servita la colazione. Prezzo in media con gli altri alberghi di zona. Parcheggio gratis. Internet con limitazioni.

Didn't offer an upgrade or 2 separate rooms to accommodate. When I asked about discounting the room, the front desk girl (who checked us out) acted like she didn't care. "I'll MENTION it to the manager." We have over 1,000 women attend a conference in Grove City every year and we will be sure to let the organization know to put this place down as a place to NOT stay.

The exercise fitness room, it was fully stocked multiple treadmills, cable machine and weights. They even had extras like free laundry on site. Great for my big family. We'd definitely stay there again

This is the best overall experience we have ever had at a hotel. Close to shopping, Safari , and the restaurants close by were fantastic. We will definitely come back. 5 stars plus . - KKkacceysue1Aug 2, 20252.0Booked 2 rooms for family. When we arrived we told rooms we not together. Too bad hotel is full. Why get 2 rooms on different floors. My son's key did not work. Staff said battery in door was broken. ?? Every time he needed to get back into he would have to contact staff and wait for them to open door. Front clerk on Friday night said she would notify staff the next day and there would be some modification to our charge. Upon checking out on Saturday August 2nd the clerk acted as though the door issue was news to her. She interrupted me when I was explaining the situation. She said the lock worked fine the day before,implying that no problem existed. She said the hotel could do nothing about modifying the charge and that I needed to take my problem up with the third party booking agent. She did not say I'm sorry this happened to you, and here's what you can do. Instead, she was a jerk. If this is how management wants to treat folks, we will definitely not be back.
