- ASAngela ShaffnerApr 26, 20265.0This was a wonderful hotel. It was very clean, great hospitality, comfortable beds and the BEST customer service. This hotel was close to shopping, restaurants and playing fields. I highly recommend this hotel!
- DBDonnie BlaineApr 25, 20263.0I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times and usually have a great experience, which is why this visit was disappointing. Around 9 PM, the lobby had multiple families gathered and was quite loud, and the pool area had children who appeared to be unattended and screaming. The noise carried into the rooms and made it difficult to rest. I spoke with the front desk in person and followed up with a phone call. I was told quiet hours begin at 10 PM, which I understand—but the level of noise and lack of supervision at that time still felt excessive. Even outside of quiet hours, there should be some level of oversight to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all guests. That said, my past stays have been consistently positive, and the rooms are typically comfortable and well-kept. I’m hopeful this was just an off night and that management can improve how situations like this are handled moving forward.

Terri serving breakfast was super nice, always came out checking on us and even made us food that she didn’t have out that day like bacon!! She definitely deserves some recognition!! If I’m ever back in the area I’ll definitely stop back in to see her
