  I had trouble with the app and called the hotel directly. Rose was professional and listed to my concerns then solved my problem. Thank you Rose and Staff. I’ve stayed at this hotel for business travel for years and hope to continue. A+

  There was an incident at this hotel where a guest was asked to leave due to a suspected smoking violation. The guest’s personal belongings were removed from the room and placed in garbage bags, and items went missing in the process. This raises serious concerns about how the hotel handles guests’ property and whether proper care and procedures are in place. Additionally, reports suggest that deep cleaning is not actually performed, as rooms and common areas appear poorly maintained and unhygienic. Overall, the situation reflects negligence and a lack of professionalism, making the hotel appear unsafe for guests who expect their belongings to be protected and the property to be properly cleaned.

  I travel with my family. Since February we have been at this particular location 3xs. I just left yesterday and Richard is an exceptional employee that is very knowledgeable about his job, the airport and the restaurants around town. He recommended a restaurant for me n my family and we went. It was a joy. Always polite and very mannerable. As well as my car being parked there I feel safer, I always look out my window thru the night n there he is walking around the building. He is a very exceptional employee. N the girl Rose 🌹, very very polite n go the extra mile. I have recommended this hotel to my friends n told them bout Richard and Rose. Thank you for making my stay feel safe n rewarding.

  We came here after we lost power and the temps were dropping. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, but the music in the lobby started at 4am. Ask for a room farther from the lobby- my kids had a hard time sleeping. Also on the ground floor means lots of parking lot noise. Lots of construction equipment and loud cars. Overall very comfortable, but not quiet.
