- CKChip KingsburyDec 31, 20255.0This hotel was excellent overall. The rooms were very well provided. The front desk staff were friendly and professional. During our 3-day stay there was one day when we didn't leave the room for cleaning until about 11 am. We left the room as ready for cleaning at that time. When we returned in the late afternoon, we found the room had not been cleaned. I returned to the front desk where I was told that it would be taken care of. We returned a bit later and we were handed clean linens, fresh towels, and washcloths. It wasn't our expectation that we would need to change the linens ourselves. Not a huge problem - but not what we expected.

I would like to recognize the high level of professionalism displayed by Mr. Tyrone Dent. He is welcoming to customers, well dressed and exudes a professional demeanor. Promote this man to hotel manager!!
- GBGinette BurrowsNov 3, 20253.0As Diamond members we stay in a lot of IHG hotels, and this was not one of the nicer HIEs we've spent time in. The public areas were very dirty and the room smelled strongly of MJ. It is close to the airport which is it's main strength.
