We made a mistake stopping in at the hampton inn and the front desk there was rude and laughed because we made a mistake going to the wrong place. Luckily we made the mostake because we entered the holiday inn and was greeted bu the most wonderful front desk employee Jasmine and the room was great. We will stay here again the next time we are in town to visit family.
- SWSORAH WEISSOct 18, 20251.0Nightmare hotel! Rude, mean, rundown hotel at least my room was on the first floor and they were so nasty. No service and they are so arrogant about it. I paid for two nights I left after the first night, which I considered lucky to get out of there Even though it was raining and the roads were being worked on. But driving was better than being in that hotel for another minute. I asked him for a card with their address. They don’t have cards. I asked him for stationary or an envelope. They said they don’t have any that it’s locked away somewhere. Horrible experience I think it’s just the city though because I’ve gone to some good ones Like in Sharon, Pennsylvania. I usually stay at Marriott. I think I’m gonna stick to that Or Hilton. I just can’t get over how mean they were. If there was a five star on this or more than one, five star, I think that they pay people to do it or maybe their help does it for them this was the worst hotel I’ve ever been at.
